1. Can I earn CEU credits for attending your training courses? Yes. Our Piping System Fundamentals course qualifies for 1.5 Continuing Educational Units (CEU) or 15 Professional Development Hours (PDH), while our Total Pump Training qualifies for 2.0 CEU or 20 PDH. FLO Master Seminars are worth 1.5 CEU or 15 PDH in most states.

2. What do I need to bring with me? Nothing! Well not nothing. All you need is your good humor, a willing spirit, a pen, and paper for notes. Please consider layered clothing as heating and cooling conditions may vary. Example problems are provided so bring a calculator if you want to test out your new skills.

3. Can someone else attend with me? Yes (but not for free). Call our customer service center for seating availability at 800-786-8545 and enroll them today. Walk-in registrations are available the day of the program on a space-available basis.

4. What time does the seminar start? Classes start at 8 a.m. and last until 5 p.m. both days with two short breaks in the morning and afternoon, and an additional longer break for lunch.

5. What if I need to cancel? Send a substitute from your organization (notify us at least two weeks before the start of the class) or transfer your registration fee to another seminar of your choice that is scheduled within 12 months of your original date. If you are canceling more than 30 business days prior to the seminar, you may request a refund of your tuition less a cancellation fee. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment.

6. How will I be notified of any changes to my scheduled seminar? Our Customer Service Department will notify you by fax, e-mail, and/or mail if any changes are made to your scheduled seminar (i.e. change of date, venue, city location, or cancellation). Be sure to add sales@eng-software.com to your email address book so you are sure to receive these messages.

8. Can the seminar be presented on-site for my organization? Yes. We conduct on-site training for thousands of customers every year. All of our On-Site training courses are offered in English. Public Seminars: All of our seminars are 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! We're confident that our seminar will provide you with the improved skills and techniques you expect. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, send us a letter (Attn: Customer Relations) within 30 days of attending the seminar stating the reason you were not satisfied, and we'll arrange for you to attend another one of our seminars or receive a refund - hassle-free.

Our cancellation policy for public seminars: You may cancel your registration up to 30 business days before the seminar. Your registration fee will be refunded less a cancellation fee. If you need to cancel less than 30 business days prior to the seminar you may (1) send a substitute from your organization or (2) transfer your registration fee within 12 months to another seminar or conference of your choice. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.
