take this trust very seriously, and make it our highest
priority to ensure the security and confidentiality of
the personal information you provide to us. Your
personal data is not sold or provided to any third party

or software demos; ask us a question; or initiate other

Engineered Software, Inc’s. Web site. For example, we
will collect your IP address, Web browser software (such
as Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer), and
referring Web site. We also may collect information
about your online activity, such as documents viewed or
downloaded from our site. One of our goals in collecting
this automatic information is to help customize your

visit Engineered Software, Inc.’s Web site, we may

to your ESI Profile, we record your member ID and the
name on your member account in the cookie file on your

can always choose not to receive a cookie file by

Engineered Software, Inc. uses private mailing and

the products and services you request; providing you
with updates; managing your account, including providing

Engineered Software, Inc. may share your information
with the following entities:

Pump Manufacturers When you download a specific
Electronic Pump Catalog from this Web site, you are
requesting pump performance data owned and supplied by
the pump manufacturer. As part of our agreement with
each of the pump manufacturers, they receive your
contact information when you download their Electronic
Pump Catalog. Please refer to each specific
manufacturers Website regarding their privacy policy
prior to downloading a manufacturers catalog.

Engineered Software, Inc. also shares your Personal
Information, as follows, in response to your use of
the “Hot Lead” functionality. After you have
completed the pump selection process using the ePUMP-FLO
software, you may choose to submit a “Hot Lead” to
the manufacturers of the pumps that you have
selected. If you submit a “Hot Lead”, an email is
sent to the manufacturers of the pumps that you have
selected notifying them that a “Hot Lead” has been
submitted. Your Personal Information is then made
available to the selected manufacturers via a secure
database, and the particular pumps you have selected
are identified for the manufacturers. The
manufacturers may then contact you directly with
their quotations.

Third-party vendors who provide services or
functions on our behalf, including credit card
processing, business analytics, customer service,
marketing, or distribution of surveys, and fraud
prevention. These companies have access to personal
information needed to perform their functions but are
not permitted to share or use the information for any
other purpose.

Business partners with whom we may jointly offer
products or services. You can tell when a third party is
involved in a product or service you have requested
because their name will appear with ours. If you choose
to access these optional services, we may share
information about you, including your personal
information, with those partners. Please note that we do
not control the privacy practices of these third-party

practices before deciding to provide your personal

including PUMP-FLO Solutions and Flow of Fluids, enables

practices described in this Privacy Policy. They also
will comply with applicable laws governing the
transmission of promotional communications and, at a
minimum, give you an opportunity in any commercial
e-mail they send to choose not to receive such e-mail
messages in the future.

the right to freely use and distribute all data and
statistics that are not Personal Information (e.g., a
statistic reporting that 45% of our users are small
